SamCoS (Sample Control System)
SamCoS is our flexible SCADA system for fully automatic sample preparation and analysis. Due to the
modular structure.
it can be adapted to the specific customer wishes and system configurations. It communicates with
sample preparation machines and analyzers from different manufacturers. A connection to Level 2 or LIMS systems is, of course,
possible.
PLC
We always use state-of-the-art equipment and state-of-the-art safety technology in our machines
and plants. The programming
is modular and understandable. All possible machine and plant conditions are monitored and
displayed. This is shortened in the event of an error, the time for restoring readiness for operation.
HMI
For operating devices, we rely on simple and understandable user guidance. All machine conditions will be brought to the display.
All drives can be serviced or repaired in manual mode from here be controlled. In terms of presentation and operability, special customer requests can be taken into account and implemented
Robots
In the course of automation and Industry 4.0, robotic technology cannot be missed anymore. Our well-trained staff is trained on ABB and KUKA robots. On customer's request, systems with other manufacturers can be realised.
