The printer includes a magazine of 2500 labels on roll. These are then lifted from the carrier paper by a pneumatic sprinting with vacuum after labelling.

Afterwards, a pneumatic cylinder presses the label onto the surface of the steel sample and marks it with the entered values that are printed on the label.

Thus, the printer is a cost-effective way to mark samples.

It can be completely integrated into an automation and is controlled by the LIMS.
